Quikscribe facilitates the creation and management of audio dictation, the beginning of the document production process. The management of that process is passed to the tried and trusted enterprise solution. Once the document has been transcribed, the audio file is replaced with the transcribed document, and the audio file is archived, and expires, unless the user chooses to save it.
